
Terms & Conditions
BOOKING & PAYMENT
- payment in full is required at the time of booking.
- booking fee's are strictly non-refundable, but can be transferred to a different date with appropriate notice.
- bookings can be rescheduled up to 48hrs before your booking time. Any bookings rescheduled within 48hrs will forfeit the booking amount. Bookings can be rescheduled easily through the online portal.
- cancellations of any kind will forfeit the booking amount.
SESSION DURATION
- Sessions will start & finish at the scheduled time. Early arrivals will not be permitted unless agreed prior. Late arrivals will result in reduced session time without refund.
- Sessions can be extended based on availability. Additional hours will be charged at $100 per hour and must be paid in full upon completion of your session. Extending your session must be arranged and agreed upon by Sundai Studio prior to the end of your session.
LIABILITY
- Sunday Studio is not responsible for any lost and/ or damaged personal items during the session.
- Businesses using the studio space for workshops or business events must have their own public liability insurance and provide evidence of this prior to the date of your booking. If insurance is not provided prior to the booking date, your booking will be cancelled and booking fee will be forfeited.
RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGES & CLEANING.
- Clients are responsible for any damage to the studio property, equipment, or furniture caused by themselves, their guests or anyone under their supervision during the session.
- If you are aware of any damages made within your session time, please let us know immediately.
- A post session inspection will be conducted within 24hrs and any damages identified will be billed to the client.
- Clients agree to cover the full cost of repair or replacement of damaged items as determined by Sundai Studio. Payment must be made within 7 days of receiving the invoice.
- The studio must be left in a clean & orderly state, or a $100 cleaning fee will be charged. This includes studio, prep area & bathrooms.
STUDIO RULES
- Use of props & equipment must be handled with care and used only as intended.
- The studio must be left as you found it. Return all props & equipment to the correct area before leaving.
- Any large amounts of rubbish must be removed and taken with you.
- Under no circumstances as you permitted to permanently fix anything to the walls, floor or ceiling of the studio.
- Pets and animals are not permitted in the space under any circumstances.
- No smoking at any time in the premises.
- No food or drinks (with the exception of water) are permitted inside the white studio space without prior permission.
- Under no circumstances is any Sundai Studio property to be removed from the premises.
