We can comfortably host up to 30 guests in our studio space, making it perfect for small celebrations & events.

Sundai Studio is fully equipped with all the essentials for a successful photoshoot including props, prep room, kitchenette with tea & coffee station, and private bathrooms & aircon.
We provide a variety styling items including stools, chairs, side tables, and curtain backdrop, complimentary with your hire.
Our spacious prep room is flooded with natural light, ideal for hair & makeup. We provide a clothing rack, hangers, garment steamer, full length mirror, hair/ makeup stations and ring light. Our prep area is just outside the studio, making it a great area to store all of your belongings and keep the studio space clear for the magic to take place!
Need some extras? We’ve got you covered! We have a selection of hire items that you can easily add to your booking including professional lighting, coloured backdrop options and trestle tables & stools.

Where is Sundai Studio located?
Sundai Studio is located in the heart of Gosford City. After parking, locate The Strand Arcade (right across from the Railway Hotel). Our door is located half way down the arcade, you’ll see a big glass sliding door with SS signage. Head up the stairs and our door is on the second floor.

Where should we park?
Parking in Gosford can be busy, so allow plenty of time. The closest, most convenient parking is the Baker St carpark which is located right behind our building. Please note, this is paid parking, and the gates are locked at 8pm.
How do I make a booking?
We have an online booking system which allows you to easily view our availability and book a time that suits you! We require payment in full upon booking your time slot. If you need to reschedule your booking, you can do so easily using our online portal! If you have any troubles, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Please read our T’s & C’s carefully before proceeding with your booking.
Is there an elevator?
Unfortunately, our building is very old and there is no elevator. The only access to our studio is via stairs.
How do I hire backdrops & lighting?
Simply add the items you would like to hire to your booking by checking the box on our online booking platform. Any items you hire will be ready for you in the studio when you arrive.
If you decide to hire items after you have made your booking, please email us to organise the hire items. We need at least 24hrs notice for hire items to be added.
Can I extend my booking?
We highly recommend booking more than enough time for your shoot. However, if you do need to extend your session, this is possible pending approval and availability. Please allow ample time for requesting an extension. Additional charges will apply if you need to extend your session, and payment for extending your session will need to be made before you leave the premises.
Please note, there is no guarantee that your booking can be extended on the day, so please make sure to book the appropriate hire time for your project!
Do you have chairs for my workshop?
Yes, we have 3 plastic trestle tables & 16 wooden stools available to hire for your workshop. Simply add these items while you are booking your session online and we will have them ready for you in the studio. That’s one less thing you have to think about!
What if I need to cancel?
Unfortunately, booking fees are non-refundable, and any cancellations will result in your booking fee being forfeited as a cancellation fee.
We recommend rescheduling your booking to avoid loosing your booking fee.
Don’t forget, we have a 48 hour reschedule policy, all reschedules must be made at least 48hrs before your booking. Any reschedules made within the 48hr window will be treated as a cancellation and forfeit their booking fee.
Our cancellation/ reschedule policy is strict, and will not be waived under any circumstances, so please choose your booking times carefully.
Can I host an event at Sundai Studio?
We do allow small events at Sundai Studio! Please get in touch to check that our space is suitable for your event. Some limitations do apply. There may be an additional cleaning fee added for event hire.
